Welcome to Aboron’s warranty service page for processing warranty requests and making inquiries. It's our job to make sure your product issues are solved as soon as possible. We believe in brand integrity, and we always value customer experience both before and after your purchase.
Warranty Start
All products purchased from Aboron come with a hassle-free limited warranty.
Aboron warrants all camping tents for 1 full year from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
For clarity, we do not provide warranty shipping service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. Our shipping services and warranty part deliveries are available only within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
1-Year Warranty Coverage (Inflatable Tents & Standard Accessories)
This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use, specially designed for inflatable camping tents, including:
- Tent outer fabric, inner fabric and waterproof stitching seams
- Inflatable air tubes, air beams and integrated inflatable frame
- Air valves, inflation ports, deflation valves and sealing components
- Zippers, plastic buckles, guy lines, stakes and metal hardware
- Vent windows, door panels, wind ropes and original matching tent accessories
- Air pump and related inflation supporting parts with manufacturing defects
Ownership Coverage
Only the first original owner enjoys the above warranty benefits. The warranty is non-transferable to second owners. Any warranty service requires a valid order number as proof of purchase.
Warranty Exclusion
Parts & Conditions Not Included
Normal consumable parts and natural wear are not covered by the 1-year warranty.
Improper assembly, operation, and maintenance
- Improper assembly, inflation, use, care, or operation of the inflatable tent
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or failure to follow official inflation and maintenance instructions
- Over-inflation, low-pressure long-term placement, artificial extrusion and puncture damage
- Abuse, negligence, accidental cut, fire, water immersion, or improper storage
- Second-hand purchased products or products resold by unauthorized third parties
- Fabric aging, fading, cracking or damage caused by long-term outdoor exposure (2–3 months) under wind, sun and rain
- Air leakage caused by artificial puncture, scratch, or improper daily use is not covered
Limitations
We will not be responsible for any damage, air leakage, failure, or loss caused by unauthorized disassembly, private repair, or use of non-official replacement air valves and accessories.
Shipping Damage
Damage occurring during shipping is not covered by the standard warranty. However, we will provide product replacement if you meet all the following requirements:
- Notify Aboron of damaged goods within 5 days after receiving your package.
- Provide clear pictures and/or videos of the damaged product and outer packaging within 5 days.
- Keep all original packaging intact for inspection if required.
- Inspect the product immediately upon receiving and signing for the shipment.
- If you use a freight forwarder or customized independent shipping method, Aboron will not be responsible for product damage or replacement caused by such shipping arrangements.
How to make a warranty claim?
Please send your order number, product name, and clear photos or videos of the product problem to our official support email.
Once verified, our customer service team will send replacement parts or arrange solutions free of charge within the warranty period. You will receive a notification email with relevant processing information.
Replacement parts will be shipped to your original order shipping address by default. Please contact us promptly via email if you need to change the delivery address.
