Return & Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will process your return or exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please reach out to us first by email at support@aboronoutdoor.com.



 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Please use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.
  • Please retain the original packaging. If lost, use secure alternative packaging to protect the item during transit. Damage caused by improper packaging is the customer's responsibility.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse are non-refundable.
  • Items with fabric damage or degradation from long-term outdoor exposure (2–3 months of continuous use in sun, wind, and rain) are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return: Email us at support@aboronoutdoor.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the item back: If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  3. Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and then issue a refund or send a replacement.

 

Return Shipping Fees

  • Seller's responsibility: If the return is due to a quality issue, wrong item received, or other seller error, we will cover the return shipping fee.
  • Buyer's responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered wrong size, changed mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 2–3 business days, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@aboronoutdoor.com.
  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
