How long will my order be shipped? Aboron ships within 2~7 business days via FedEx or UPS.

Is the order free shipping? We offer free shipping to the US mainland only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, offshore islands, and APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy? Aboron’s inflatable tents can be returned for free within 30 days after arrival, provided that the product is unused, in original packaging, and does not affect resale. After 30 days, we are unable to accept free returns.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on our Track My Order page to view real-time delivery status.

Do your tents come with a warranty? Yes. All Aboron inflatable tents are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What if my tent has air leakage or fabric issues? If you find manufacturing defects such as air leakage or seam issues within the warranty period, please contact us with photos/videos of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or repair for you.
